学缘情况和工作经历

1992、1995和2000年分别获南京工业大学学士、硕士和博士学位。

1995.04至今，yl8cc永利线路检测中心教师，历任助教、讲师、副教授，2007.07获聘教

2011.07获博士生导师资格。其间：

2003.03-2004.08, 加拿大能源与矿物技术中心（CANMET）访问学者。

2006.01-2007.09, 香港科技大学访问学者。

2011.11-2015.03, 复合材料与工程系副主任。

2015.03-2017.11, 复合材料与工程系主任。

2017.11-2020.06, yl8cc永利线路检测中心副院长，复合材料与工程系主任（兼）。

2020.06-至今，yl8cc永利线路检测中心副院长。

兼任中国硅酸盐学会、中国建筑学会和中国土木工程学会会员；国际材料与结构测试所联合会（RILEM）高级会员。

教学与科研情况

教学情况

从事《材料现代测试方法》、《材料概论》、《材料前沿专题》、《新型建筑材料》、《无机非金属材料专业英语》等本科生课程和研究生《材料测试与表征》部分内容的教学工作。其中《材料现代测试方法》获校级优秀课程；研究生《材料测试与表征》获江苏省优秀课程。曾获2009年度江苏省高等教育教学成果特等奖、学校2009年度教书育人先进个人，2018年度教书育人先进集体。

科研情况

主要研究方向包括：新型无机材料制备和应用；低碳水泥基材料；混凝土耐久性；固废资源化利用。参加国家“九五”、“十五”重点科技攻关项目、国家973项目研究；主持国家自然科学基金、教育部科学技术研究重点项目、留学回国人员科研启动基金和江苏省教育厅自然科学基金项目；主持或参与包括三峡工程、厦门海仓大桥、巴基斯坦某核电工程、长沙地铁工程、解放军某些机场工程、某高铁工程等在内的国家重大工程混凝土材料试验研究以及功能性材料开发项目多项。参编国家工程标准《预防混凝土碱集料反应技术规范》。参与项目曾获2012年度国家科技进步二等奖。
